1402 Differential Permanent / Removable Tape

Arlon Innovations’ 1402 tape is an economical double-coated polyester tape. The liner side is coated with a water-based removable acrylic adhesive. The unwind side is coated with a general purpose permanent adhesive.

The removable adhesive is formulated to provided good initial tack properties along with very high shear strength to ensure clean removal.

The high initial tack allows the permanent adhesive to bond even through moderate levels of dirt and dust contamination.
