Typical Armor Applications

  • Strike Face, Edge, and Drop Protection – An added layer of protection to soften the blow to the plate if dropped. Different foam thicknesses can be laminated with low surface energy (LSE) adhesives to enable easy assembly.
  • Hard and Soft Armor Components – Whatever ballistic material you chose, we can assist your team with cutting it into the right shape and kitting.
  • Spall Covers – 500 and 1000 Denier nylon in a variety of colors and patterns with or without adhesive can be cut to the perfect shape to make application fast and easy.
  • Trauma Foam and Back Face Deformation – Every millimeter reduction in back face deformation counts. We can help you select the best foam with the right weight and price point and cut it into the perfect shape for easy attachment.
  • Armor Fit Solutions – Everyone has a slightly different shape. Hook and loop components improve the fit, comfort, and performance of your system.
